Automobile assembly plant: A moving relief man. Solved with a call bell system.

Are you having trouble finding a relief worker when you need help during work? Sonnet-kun can come right away and contribute to reducing "choco stops."

A wireless Andon system has been introduced for the purpose of "calling the relief man in times of trouble." ★ We were able to reduce the "choco stop time" that halts the process. ■ Main contents of "times of trouble": - There are scratches on the parts - The worker cannot make a judgment - There is an abnormality in the equipment - I want to go to the restroom - I feel unwell ■ Before implementation: Worker: Went to call the relief man when in trouble Relief man: Was wandering around the site to check for any issues ■ After implementation / usage: - Workers carry a card-type transmitter and press it when in trouble (A slim-type transmitter is installed in places where it cannot be held) - The relief man goes to the called location to resolve the issue - A one-sided receiver with a rotating light and buzzer is installed in a visible position - Even if the one-sided receiver is not visible, it can be checked with a mobile receiver. The order in which calls were made can also be seen in the history. ■ Log data collection: Log data can be generated on a computer. The one-sided receiver is LAN-compatible, and log generation software drops the called numbers and times into a CSV file. The computer is a dedicated log collection machine, set to not go to sleep, allowing for continuous logging.
